Utilizing the potentials of cyberspace needs proficiency

Since holding of the first international congress of the social work by the community of social workers (2017), there have been some actions on the social networks like channel of social work on Telegram and then it has been continued by receiving the social workers’ viewpoints (by phone call with them) about the congress mentioned above,

and releasing the received viewpoints on websites and Telegram channels simultaneously and this was thoroughly normal. (we should consider even our schools have independent channels on one or more social networks in all educational levels from pre-elementary to pre-university and of course guild forums need to communicate with national work flow on this issue) . All virtual activities of the community indicate the executive model of media campaign of Iranian social work website (apparently), so that we could see our viewpoints released widely by the other channels and groups of social work and non-social work.

I believe that the important point is paying attention to the specialized aspects of running media campaigns. They need design and executive engineering; they have particular executive criteria and require new and professional technologies and instruments for considering the feedback in every moment. Our colleagues, while cooperating with media campaigns, did not know whose notes or articles would be released and we chose the next works due to the audience conditions and the public opinions; It is not necessary to point how to determine  the intellectual position of audience or with what tool it is measured, we just mention briefly that running a media campaign like other group social work requires specific Sociograms that would be prepared and edited. ( It means evaluating and monitoring of activities with comparative nature before and after the actions). So we should not disregard these professional works about new public relations and release and share the contents massively and unassumingly. Managing a media campaign even a personal page on Telegram should not be emotional. It has its own proficiency otherwise there will be negative consequences caused by negligent actions; and you get into trouble while you are unaware.

A descending trend of social acceptance of famous people is caused by such these advertising activities unaccounted; this is not the real potentials of cyberspace but the suicide of characters, professions, guilds and the organizations.

So let’s try not to underestimate the cyberspace and the media professional works, and for less loss we should be counseled and use experts in this field.
