Social resilience, social stability and social work

Identify and redefine the social component of resilience is more essential for social workers. Social resilience and social sustainability are synonymous. The originality of these two categories is somehow associated with maintaining the status in fact the real mission of social works, which is contrary to social change. In your opinion, how can social resilience and the goals and policies of social work to empower real human societies will fit properly?
