It is necessary to protect the specific and vital social information of our country
Undoubtedly, the international engagement and communication with other countries especially on scientific and specialized fields is very important; It is obvious the transnational engagements due to the upgrading the qualitative and quantitative levels of scientific society attitudes leads to develop. However, the ignored and important problem is lack of frameworks, regulations, definite criteria under the important protocols related to the maintain of social information security which should be considered pathologically and accurately by relevant entities.
Scientific communities, the member of international forums, play an important role in public diplomacy. The recent decades evolution indicates the role of NGOs and non official organizations is getting increased; by reminding this point that these international relations cause deniable damages on internal information security, and it needs that the quality of the relations to be monitored by national security agency to prevent of recurrence.
It must be noted that along with all statistics and public information of society, we have a series of confidential and particular information which should be protected; a simple example: the vital information can be as internal information including privacy of our family. Do we accept to report the exact and secret information of our family? It is significant that the information in different statistical fields especially secret ones can be as raw materials for think tanks of the world powers to make their policies and decisions for developing countries, specifically we have to be aware in this vital situation with maximum pressure on oppressed people of Iran.
To remind: What is our vital social information?
Accurate statistics (including research results) about child labor categorized in various provinces, accurate statistics on divorcement, detailed statistics about non official residences allover the country, population below the poverty line, statistics on suicides(based on local situation), information based on safe homes and totally care centers of damaged women, detailed information about warm houses situation, population under treatment in addiction treatment centers such as camps as well as outpatient treatment centers and the number of active NGOs (based on different functions in social fields), and recent emphases of main international organizations on networking of NGOs in their countries which are the member of international community, and other cases can be secret and as an important social information, they should be confidential in international engagement.
In the end: it would be great if we are aware of creativity, innovations of various specialized social services around the world; it would be better if we present, at the international conferences, our developments and initiatives made by internal experts. By the transnational communication of NGOs, the important purposes come true including “exchange of useful and effective scientific information” and “access to the best qualitative models of social services” (localizing based on geographical variety) ; however, I believe it is not necessary to present raw information (thoroughly related to our country) among specialized reports to the international communities, because we do not know what they will be used for? So we must try to protect our social information in various aspects and they should not be unintentionally or unknowingly unfolded especially in this vital situation.
