Promoting the Dignity and Worth of Peoples is it possible?

Social Work is dreaming since middle of 19 century to thrive societies with respecting the dignity and rights of all people. The industrialization, the first and second world war, the wars in 21 century from USA, the appearance of Terrorism as a product of the wars and last but not least the revolution of Neo-Liberalization and Thatcherism Ideology are all against the thrive of societies. Human rights have been started 1948 but the verve was not enough to complete it until now.
